Master‟s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;

Or Master‟s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;

Or Master‟s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level;

The crucial date for age reckoning is fixed as 01-08-2026 in accordance with the provisions of DoP&T OM No. 140l7/70/87-Estt.(RR) dated 14-07-1988. The age limits for the posts are:

18 to 30 years as on 01-08-2026, i.e., candidates born not before 02-08-1996 and not later than 01-08-2008 are eligible to apply.
