Educational Qualification and other details: 

Candidates must have passed 12thstandard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University as on or before the cut-off date i.e. 01.08.2025.

Age Limit:

• Stenographer Grade C: 18 to 30 years
• Stenographer Grade D: 18 to 27 years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and other categories.

Application MODE: Online

Application Fee:

1 Fee payable: ₹100/- (Rs one hundred only).

2 Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.

3 Fee can be paid only by online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay Debit cards.

4 Online fee can be paid by candidates up to 27.06.2025 (23:00 hours).

 

Selection Process

The selection process consists of two stages:

1.   Computer-Based Test (CBT) – Objective-type questions.

2.   Skill Test in Stenography – Candidates qualifying CBT will undergo a shorthand typing skill test.
