Educational Qualification and other details: 

According to the official notification of the Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2024, the applicant shall be a lawyer with the following qualifications and experience:

 

Applicant should have a Graduate/Post Graduate in Law (LLB/LLM) from a reputed recognized institution from India or abroad with specialization in drafting of legislation.

Candidate should have at least 05 years of experience in drafting and amendment of legislative and policy matters.

Preference will be given to lawyers who have been legal researchers. Working on issues related to Administration.

Excellent writing skills in both English and Hindi languages are necessary.

Desirable

 

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

Proficiency in the use of Computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Age Limit:

In line with the official Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2024 notification, the age limit for the assigned position is mentioned below.

 

The minimum age limit for the assigned position is 30 years.

The maximum age limit for the assigned position is 50 years.

Salary for Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2024:

Based on the Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2024 notification, the selected candidate will be paid up to Rs. 10 Lakh per month.
